Steel stair with composite decking treadsWork, 2026
Redesigned an exterior steel stair to meet OBC 2024 Part 3 (12 risers at 6-7/8", 11 treads at 11-1/8"); modelled the composite-tread frames and produced two shop drawings with a full code-check table and cut list.

Sized a residential septic tank and leaching bed to OBC Part 8 (3,600 L two-compartment tank, 76.2 m of Type II chamber in six trenches) and flagged the design's sensitivity to the soil percolation time.
